For moving companies
Claim your business listing
Put the right details on your page and tell us who to contact about it. Claiming is free, takes a few minutes, and never changes your rating — that comes from Google and stays exactly as it is.
What owners ask us first
- Does claiming my listing change my rating?
- No. The star average and the share of one and two star ratings come from Google's own published figures. Claiming does not change them, and nothing on this site can be bought, improved or suppressed by a business.
- Can I have a bad review removed?
- Not by us. Reviews are published on Google by the people who wrote them, so we cannot edit or delete one. If a review breaks Google's policies the route is to report it to Google; once Google removes it, it disappears from your listing here at the next rebuild.
- What does claiming actually get me?
- A sign-in of your own. Once a person has checked your proof we email you a password, and from then on you keep your own details up to date — phone number, website, a description of the business, the services you offer, the areas you cover, opening hours, and your USDOT or MC number. You can also put up to eight photographs of your own work on the page. It is free and there is nothing to subscribe to.
- How long does it take, and what if the email never arrives?
- A person reads every claim by hand, so expect a few working days rather than a few minutes. Check your spam or junk folder first: the approval email carries the password you sign in with, and mail like that is often filed there. If you still cannot find it, use “Forgotten your password?” on the sign-in page — it emails a fresh link to the same address.
- Why do you need proof that I run the business?
- Because the listing is about a real business and we will not hand control of it to whoever asks first. We need enough to see that you are connected to the business, and no more than that.
- What does it cost?
- Nothing. There is no paid placement, no badge, and no better position in a list. A company cannot pay to change its page here.
