What we cannot help with
We are not a moving company and we do not arrange moves, quotes or bookings. If you have a dispute with a mover, we cannot intervene — but two things are worth knowing. Interstate moves within the United States are federally regulated, and complaints can be filed with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. And if you paid by card, your card issuer is often faster than any of it.
