DO NOT HIRE THIS MOVING COMPANY! I agonized over which company to select, but I went with Dan and affordable quality moving because Dan seemed like a good guy and I believed him when he promised it would be an efficient, great experience. Total Salesman. All talk. The shipment was delayed, and I had to talk to 6 different people just to get an eta on my items! Ended up being swindled out of my favorite pair of Tom Ford shoes that was missing upon delivery. Awful!

the actual movers were nice. the business office was the worst move ever. they under estimated. then made up their error with the extra things added and charged 80% more. used a third party and did not inform us they would not be doing the move. said it was in the fine print. just awful business. sent our furniture in two trucks. the first one they gave us 4 hours notice before arriving. the second 10 minutes. we were not even at the address. then they said we would be charged for wait time. awful.
My laptop computer, printer and Kindle never made it to my new location. The packers did not finish packing and the movers arrived at a different time than scheduled. I texted our contact letting them know what is missing and after more than 24 hours have received no response. Now I’m having to close all my personal and business accounts as well as change several passwords. I also will file appropriate reports about this incident.
Your employee Caleb Merced was the worst mover ever. Everything he packaged was destroyed and he had horrible customer service skills. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY especially since they trust 24 year olds to run things smh

Hey Alex, We apologize that we didn’t move our truck as quickly as you wanted. We can assure you that our guys picked the safest spot for our trucks that was available, and we wanted to move the truck as safely as possible as well.

I've used AQMS for two different moves. The office staff and estimators have always been responsive and professional. And the movers themselves work hard, efficiently, and with care. On the last move, we had them move a baby grand piano that had already been compromised with some previous damage, but AQMS moved this piano with utmost care.
Antonio and Barry did a fabulous job helping us move to our new home. They were oncourteous, professional and careful with our things. They worked very quickly which helped keep the cost down. I highly recommend them! Thanks for your hard work guys, you were awesome!

Rene and Rudy are the greatest movers. They are not only strong, but polite & very hard workers. AQMS has been a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend this company and this team of workers, who allowed us to make additions or changes as we went along, no problem.
