ZERO STARS – READ THIS BEFORE HIRING! (11/2025 STILL HAVE NOT MADE THIS RIGHT, decorating for Christmas, the $200 glass vase I used to hold the cherry blossom tree the I hung the hand painted “12 days of Xmas” ornaments on, still not replaced) AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Let me be clear: Big Daddy’s Moving & Storage destroyed my property, lost valuable items, broke furniture beyond repair, and refused to take responsibility.
Dear Jody, We are truly sorry to hear you had a bad experience with us. … More
June 14th 2026, two young men was sent to me to help moves my belongings into a U Haul Truck. Big Daddy movers quoted me $300 plus ,plus $20.00 fuel fee and $165/hr since the job lasted for more than few minutes. The total cost was astounding even though a 5% was given because I paid cash. These guys did work fast and since I was overwhelmed with the situation I presumed the work will be reliable. By the time I realized I was wrong things were already filled on top of each other.
I was moving from Richardson to Downtown Dallas, the move took over 3 hours even though I did not have that much stuff. They let my bike get stolen while moving it. I am very dissatisfied. I would recommend using different movers.

These guys are the best movers I have ever hired. On time, very tentative to furniture. Shrink wrapped all furniture so I did not need to unpack/repack drawers or cabinets, that saved a ton of time for me and them!!! They were good and very fast. Freda and Murad were very friendly, fast and knowledgable about moving furniture. I also love that they answer the phone when we call. Most of all they disassemble and reassemble beds!! Love, that!!! I will definitely use them again!!
I had a great experience in july with big daddy moving company. I could not believe the level of professionalism, Quality of service, And reasonable price. The gentleman moving me, and I do mean gentlemen, were not only careful with my items but made the experience enjoyable. For the first time I actually did not stress during this move and had complete trust in the company and the staff. I highly encourage you to use this service. I have moved 30 times in my life and this was the best move I have ever experienced.
Thank you so much! We appreciate the business!
Our recent move was a very positive experience thanks to the guys from Big Daddy’s Moving Company! Five guys showed up on time and got right to work. Their names were Cowboy, Mario, Nemo, Fredo and Joshua. They were courteous and took great care in securing and loading our furniture for a two-hour trip to our new home. They unloaded and reassembled everything and actually finished in less time than estimated. I would most definitely recommend Big Daddy’s Moving Company!
