Sean provided excellent customer service. I had an issue with a mistake on my order, and he quickly took care of it without any hassle. He also went out of his way to locate the correct equipment I needed at another location. Very professional, helpful, and easy to work with. Great guy and outstanding service!
If moving had a superhero, his name would be Shawn. I showed up thinking I had everything figured out, only to realize I needed a bigger trailer. Instead of letting me panic and rethink all my life choices, Shawn swooped in and made it happen. He found me the bigger trailer I needed and saved my move from becoming an episode of "What Not to Do with a Pickup Truck." As if that wasn't enough, he even helped hook the trailer up to my truck. At that point, I was pretty sure he was part U-Haul employee, part magician.
I had a great experience renting from box and move… The process was quick and easy — from booking online to picking up the truck. The staff was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was ready to go when I arrived. The vehicle was clean, reliable, and perfect for my move.
Better off going to the actual U-Haul move and storage place. This place has overpriced stuff. We bought a TV box which was more expensive and didn’t have protection for the TV. The packing roll was of lesser quality as well and more …
