When I first started renting the sales associates was nice and very helpful. As I returned to my unit months after renting I noticed MICE DROPPINGS all other my mattresses such by a huge health hazard I was very disappointed. As I continued to look through my property I learned that the mice chewed through my sneaker collection ruining multiple pairs of sneakers that are very expensive.

Do not rent from these guys I had major surgery and was out of work missed two payments I went back to work early just to pay the balance off just for there to be a additional $135 added to the total they don’t wanna work with you or around …

I choose this particular storage because it was a Sunday and their site said I could get access immediately upon payment. Well that was not the case. I made the payment and received an email with my storage number and code yet it did not …

Needs to be cleaned more often there is lots of debris on the floor, spider webs everywhere and just doesn’t look like it’s cleaned at all

The facility is very clean and organized. The staff was helpful and courteous with me during my first two visits so far. My only complain is that there wasn't any cart to bring my moving from my car to the storage unit, I had to make several trips to bring my personal belongings to the unit. The price is competitive.
