The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Worked with Steve on getting my storage unit and had an awesome customer experience with him. Extremely helpful and responsive. Highly recommended
Steve was awesome!!!! My first contact was on phone. He called and followed up with me for truck rental. I was needing after hours pick up. And was able to pick up and get all the things cleared. He walked me through everything online it was an awesome experience. I would recommend anybody using an Eaglecrest storage and personally working with Steve. I gave him a 10 star not a five star.
We love the 10-Star endorsement, Jan! We are thrilled to hear of the great customer service provided and that your moving needs were taken care of :-)
