I have rented a garage at Extra storage for about 6 months now. It is very convenient location for me as I live in the Shores and provides a great location for me to store all my extra stuff I don't want in my home garage. It seems very safe and secure and the manager is around every time i go there. The lighting is very good. I like the security cameras and I feel safe with my belongings here. There is a small entree hill which could be a issue for a 18 wheeler?
I don't know if it's the small city vibe of San Clemente but the staff at Extra Storage has always been amazing to me when I needed them. Truly a different level of customer service. They have been flexible when I needed to change moving …

This is a great storage place. What I like about it is everything is Single story so no dealing with stairs or elevators. The staff are friendly and personable. They have good entry hours and are easy to work with. Dave is the man!
