Changed my review. I have always given praise and expressed my gratitude to the staff. However after recent events I found that certain staff members are extremely unprofessional and perhaps it's the culture of this business. When a customer waves to you, you wave back. You don't look at them like you just ate a bowl of feces. I was looked upon with hatred. I have never done anything to directly personally offend this person. It's not the first time either.
No stars for this facility. I only gave it one star because I had to in order to post the review. Our 27ft travel trailer was stolen out of the facility. It had a cover on, locks on the tires, as well as a hitch lock and it was still …

The staff is so friendly and attentive! I was able to rent my storage unit the very same day. Staff is professional, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. The units are clean, well lit, and easily accessible. Great price for a great unit!
Lighthouse was very quick and prompt I’d recommend them for anyone needing self storage!
The place is very clean, the space I got is very spacious and clean, the surrounding areas are also kept clean, the person who helped me was very friendly and fully assisted us with our choice, even showing us around. I highly recommend it! You pay half price for the first two months, and then you start paying the regular price.
Misty was friendly, and very informative. She provided great customer service! The property is clean and they have a speaker system with music playing. Makes work feel less like work.
