I paid Jibreel a $70 deposit to have movers help transfer items from my apartment to a PODS container. We had a confirmed appointment, and I had a limited time window to complete the move before additional charges would apply. On moving day, no one showed up. I called and texted Jibreel repeatedly for hours - completely ignored. No explanation, no apology, no refund of my deposit. He simply took my money and vanished.

Totally unprofessional, double booked, and then try to play it off that they were stuck in traffic. We made them come anyway, and they had total attitude and didn’t even finish the move. I caught them in at least two lies during the day.

Just used this company to move things from my storage unit into my apartment yesterday on Apr 16. Three men in a box truck came and helped me move into my 2 bedroom apartment in 2-3 hours. However damage did occur during the moving process. …

It is not an exaggeration to say that Monopoly Moving is the best company I've ever worked with--and I've moved a lot! Beginning with the first phone call with Jibreel, service was pleasant and efficient. The team of 3 men who moved the furniture communicated clearly, arrived on time, worked carefully and responsively within an Assisted Living facility. The charge for this service was far less than I had anticipated, definitely reasonable. I highly recommend Monopoly and will use them for all future moves.

Josh and his team were absolutely amazing. They moved everything into my new apartment extremely quick. They handled everything with the utmost care and all my fragile stuff remained perfectly intact. They did not damage anything moving in and were extremely communicative and professional.
