Thank you, Bart, for bringing your situation to our attention. At the risk of sounding like we are in denial, we think this may be a case of mistaken identity- this review should most likely be directed to a different storage company for these reasons: 1.
Very rude employees. I dont speak spanish. Manager spoke to his employee in spanish during a conversation with me. When i asked what was said, he told me to learn spanish.

I’ve been a customer for many years but this past months it’s been on satisfy customer service every single employee has different payment differences to pay for the units they don’t give the correct respond and when you get to the location always come with a different pricing for the unit excuses because you were late and that’s the rule you had to pay two months advance because you were late payment getting tired of it because they’re not professional trained correctly and I’m not getting the unit free I pay…

I, as with several other reviews, feel this facility could have better gate hours. This is particularly difficult if you're on active duty. I've also found a cheaper indoor facility right in National City.
