Called in for getting a moving quote. The person on the phone was very very rude, not willing to listen, was worried that he might loose his 2 minutes of lunch by answering a couple of basic questions. Not friendly at all.. will not be moving with them.

Two stars because I really liked the guys but I feel like I got bait and switched. Brent came and took photos to show to his dad and they told me I had about $3,000 pounds, magically when it came time to weigh the items it was more than 7,000. So instead of the $2,800 quoted I got to pay $6,200. As if you have an option once your stuff is loaded. The packing day was slow and laborious-the slowest I’ve ever been involved in-especially since I packed the entire kitchen.

Over the last 25 years we have moved several times and some movers were just okay; and a couple of others were nightmares. Eight years ago (Sept, 2018) we used Right Way Movers and had an excellent experience. David and his crew were on time, efficient, respectful, and just all around great guys. Right Way stands head and shoulders above the competition; truly there is no one better IMHO.
My husband and I recently used Right Way Movers for a move about an hour away, and we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. From our first phone call, to the in-person visit for a rough quote, to moving day itself, everything went smoothly. The final price was right in line with the estimate, and the three movers who handled the loading and unloading were outstanding.

I have used Right Way Movers a few different times over the past few years. I called them the second time because of the prior experience. I was referred to to them through a local storage company, and from the first phone call I knew they were a good choice. No BS, fair pricing and good service. I've used another local company who was horrible a few years ago who offered to discount for a good review, but no games here.

This was my first experience with Right Way Movers and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. From the initial conversation with Tony to meeting Shawn and Dominic ( the muscle) at the house I was completely impressed. Tony was friendly and willing to provide a nice military discount for this small but important service. Shawn called me in advance and let me know that they were a little ahead of schedule which was great!
