So apparently there is new management here for a few months now. The woman who is new and with some authority real or imagined is very rude and nosy and always makes me feel like I am doing something to offend her by being in a wheelchair...she says I scrape the office doorway w my wheels coming in so dont come in the office unless im on cruthces... (Raka) why can't I use a prosthetic so not to be bumbling in a wheelchair...what happened to me etc..

I’ve been with this storage company for 5 years now it’s okay EXCEPT the manager John he’s very rude and nasty. I called just to change my address and he was really really rude unprovoked and very unprofessional. In fact every interaction I’ve had with him except one time only because I asked my son to talk to him he has been rude. I hope they can find someone that values customer service and plain decency and kindness to customers. The price is okay even though they have went up on the prices.

Absolutely horrible experience with this company. I fell behind on my payment, and was told by a representative that I had until the 4th to pay or they were going to sell my unit. My payday was the 4th so I said I would definitely be in by then. I called at 4 on the 4th to find out my unit was sold at 10:00 am on the 4th. 0 stars

I haven’t used them in over two years but they’ve still been charging me and increasing the price over the last two years as well, the store never picks up or calls back and customer service has ignored the multiple attempts of reaching out to get this corrected

Do not Store your stuff at this storage unit in Fairfield ca on E. Travis Blvd. They have roaches! I had to throw away all my stuff that was in this storage unit….

It's a clean well maintained facility. The only bad thing I can say about it is they took away my senior citizen discount.
