The storage units are damaged and they are not waterproof. They are not weatherproof at all. We paid for two years to store our possessions and ended up throwing everything in the trash because everything got wet and covered in mold. Every month the rent went up claiming It was for expenses in maintaining the storage facilities which was a joke they did nothing to improve this place. It was the most expensive facility I ever rented from.

Told company to remove my card from billing. Told them I was vacating. Billed me for another month and refused to give me a refund. Storage unit door never shut properly after multiple reports of this. Had tools go missing out of unit. Terrible company terrible location. Hard to access with such a tight turning circle. AVOID

My initial contact and experience was great the unit was clean and the price was right. Unfortunately on moving day we arrived to a lock on the unit we signed a contract for and there really was no explanation for it. She had another unit of the same size that unfortunately was wet inside and we saw a mouse running out of it when we opened it.
This storage sucks, they left my storage unit unlocked for 4 days and some of my things went missing. They told me it’s my fault and that since I live in Bethlehem what do I expect. They do not care. I had mice droppings on all of my stuff. …

I was pleasantly surprised that the facility is located close to where I live. Although the location is a bit tricky to get to, my unit was clean and well situated. It is quite spacious and it's shutter closes smoothly. The gate is accessible 24 hours a day and is easy to open. The one-way road makes getting in and out quite straightforward.
