The rating breakdown
3 of the 37 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Trunk Space Storage are one or two star.
Worked out from 37 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
These people are FANTASTIC to deal with and have an awesome facility. Theyre a real pleasure to deal with. Very kind, caring and professional. The guy at the counter is great and treats everyone like family from the first day you meet him. Theyre all Aces with me. Of course I pay my bill on time too so that definitely helps lol
Trunk Space Storage made the rental process easy and straightforward. The staff was helpful, the communication was clear, and I was able to get set up quickly. Good experience overall and I would recommend them for storage needs.
Thank you, Julio! We’re glad the rental process was easy and our team was helpful. We appreciate your recommendation and are happy you had a good experience. Please reach out anytime for future storage needs.
I had a great experience at Trunk Spaces, and a big thank you to Sherice for her outstanding customer service. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional from start to finish. She took the time to explain all of my options, gave me excellent recommendations, and made sure I found the right storage unit for my needs. Moving can be stressful, but Sherice made the entire process easy and hassle-free. Thank you, Sherice, for going above and beyond.
Thank you so much for your kind review, Romel. We’re thrilled Sherice provided outstanding, friendly, and professional service and helped make your move easier. We appreciate your recommendation and are here if you need anything in the future.
I have been a customer for 12 years and rent 2 units. There has never been any issues and the staff is friendly and always available. I have previously been a customer of Public Storage, and the personal touch of Sunrise Storage, beats them hands down.
