This was the absolute worst U-Haul experience of my life. Not only did they give my reservation to someone else, they literally compromised my address and gave all my information to a complete stranger. Brandi D and Jason Turcotte need to be held accountable for the way they treated me. When I told them I didn’t know who the other person was Brandi, kept assuming that since we share the same Hispanic last name I knew the individual they gave my ADDRESS to. After I told them 10 times I do not know that person.
Like others, I would give the whole u-haul experience a BIG FAT MINUS 10!!!! I was making a move of about 40 miles. I originally hired a mover/van who was going to do it for $700. But, it ended up there was going to be a 3 day delay in the …

I would like to formally address an issue that occurred during a previous visit, as well as a concerning development I discovered on my most recent visit. Two visits ago, my employee and I were standing in line waiting to be assisted. Elizabeth and Kimberly were present. While we were clearly next in line, Kimberly proceeded to assist another customer without acknowledging us or asking us to wait momentarily. We remained standing there for approximately 10 minutes while other customers were helped.
Editing my post to reduce down to ONE STAR!! Avoid this location!!! It’s a good thing we were just moving our home into a storage unit and didn’t have to go far, the truck they gave us HAD NO A/C. In the middle of summer, when it’s 109 degrees outside?! You don’t check to make sure that your trucks are fully equipped and working!?? What a JOKE. This is also the second time we’ve tried to reserve units with this facility and they don’t have the units available that online says they do.
What is the point of using UHaul if you can't drop off the trailer at the closest UHaul to you?? So now my husband has to drive an hour to bring the flatbed trailer back to the original UHaul he borrowed it from?? Zero out of ten would NOT recommend San Tan Valley UHaul ever!
They failed to schedule a 26' truck for us even though online, it said reservation guaranteed. We had to go with a 20' truck and it took us longer to move than needed (we had to take 2 trips). …

I helped transport household items and a classic car from Pennsylvania to Arizona, when returning the truck and trailer the staff at U-Haul moving and storage in Sun Tan valley were prompt, courteous, and professional. I Would not hesitate to recommend this location for any storage and moving needs.
Shout out to Kimberly - My recent interaction with U Haul was outstanding. The new phone answering protocols are an improvement, and your team were great to deal with on my hitch and trailer needs, but one person stood out above the crowd. My first interaction with Kimberly was for her to inform me the U-Haul hitch that was ordered for my vehicle was not going to fit.

Friendly and helpful staff that provide great customer service. Great availability on equipment. Easy and simple renting process. Trucks are in very good condition. I have rented trucks and trailers there several times and will continue to do so.
