BEWARE!!! We hired Spring Hill Moving & Storage to pack and ship our household belongings from Florida to France. They did a horrendous job; it's unbelievable! They were supposed to send our belongings in ONE container but instead they sent it in three shipments over the course of a year. While our things were kept at their storage facility, they unpacked our boxes, went through everything and we have a lot of missing and damaged items including antiques.
Overseas shipments are put on overseas containers. These shipments will enter into other countries. Staff at the ports have been known to go through shipments.!.! It’s not hard to find a lawyer ! But finding one to win this case might be a … More
Do not go with this company they are not professional movers. They cover furniture with plastic wrap. Damaged items and state they pay .60 cents per pound. No contract was sent we were not given a copy! Do not recommend!
We recently made the move from Ohio to Florida. We rented a 6x12 trailer for the move. When we arrived in Florida and started unloading the trailer we noticed that it had a bad leak coming in from the ceiling. We had over $400 worth of damage to small appliances and all of our clothes/furniture were soaked. When we turned the trailer in, we met with Eric. There was still water one the floor of the trailer and I showed Eric where the water was coming from.

We used spring hill moving and storage to store small kitchen appliances, pictures and memorabilia while stationed overseas. Items were put into their care in late 2020. When I returned to spring hill for family business in July 2021 I went to the storage to retrieve some items. When I opened the unit all of the boxes along the back wall were drenched. They also had a thick black film of mildew on them which is a clear indication that water had been dripping on them for months.
BEWARE!!! WORST moving and storage company - ever! Over $60,000 in theft and damages. Plus they stored our belongings in a storage unit containing water. I have been sick for 3 years because of the black mold on everything in our house. Everything is moldy and covered in mouse droppings and urine. David Cummings blocked my phone # and he is running away like a thief. The contract that he furnished for my family states that there is $20,000 in insurance however, they will not honor it. BEWARE!

WARNING!!! Do not trust this company! They are an unqualified company. David Cummings is very dishonest. They took advantage of us, furnished a false contract, stole from us, and he will not return phone calls nor Emails.The things that were stored in his facility were infested with mice. There is a lot of damage and missing items. Thousands of dollars in damages and they will not honor the contract stating that we will be insured for losses.

Great experience renting from U-Haul! The process was quick and easy, and Melissa was extremely helpful from start to finish. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was taken care of. Her excellent customer service made the rental experience stress-free. Highly recommend this location!
Melissa. Omg. If every service was staffed by an army of Melissa clones, the world would run perfectly. We had an unexpected move at the end of March. Melissa kept everything smooth. Two days later, I needed a van. Melissa. Yesterday, we needed a truck and dolly for a cross-country adventure. And we needed to upgrade the truck because I regularly fail at math. This woman is so patient, so kind, and so friendly... I'm out of words. If you need Uhaul and you anywhere close, go here. Seriously.
I highly recommend this U-Haul location to everyone I know!! Melissa and her team are top notch, and customer service is outstanding. I’ve rented at this location multiple times in the last few weeks and even on a busy Saturday morning the staff was kind and extremely efficient. I won’t go anywhere else!
Jefferson was fabulous knowledgeable and explained every option knowing I was on a budget. Truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend this location and his service.
