Its my fault for not reading the fine print, I wouldnt even be as upset but this would of all be prevented if they cared more. Youre offered .60 a lb so if they break a TV that cost 3500 they'll offer you $40-$60 and find a way to blame you. And my father questioned them when they tied two tvs face to face but they assured him they know what theyre doing. When I reported it, it was up to their insurance to pay me back. But because it doesnt show any physical damage it probably wont be approved.
Had to almost beg these guys to work. Worked with other movers and never had such a bad experience like I did with these guys

Fred and his team were wonderful!!! Big move!! They were so efficient and so helpful from packing up all the miscellaneous small stuff to the really big furniture to the fragile boxes. Nothing broken and nothing lost. And friendly and smiling the whole time. Couldn’t imagine doing this with out them!
Fantastic moving company! We really had a great experience with them. They managed to get literally everything from our apartment into our POD And definitely packed it expertly. These guys are masters at Tetris.
