Absolute Nightmare...Run from this company as fast as you can..Move from California to Tennessee Received Original Quote, Right in line with the Major Carriers I recieved. Within arriving and walking the house the quote went up 50%. After Packing the pickup trucks and sending them on their way the final quote Doubled. If Mo ( Muhammad ) shows up get your check book out... On pick up they were 8 Hours Late. In fact we had to call the pick up Foremen ( Mo ) and wake him up. After being 8 hours late.

Wish I could zero or negative stars! This is my third time using this company. The first two times were amazing. Couldn’t speak highly enough of them. But this time! Wow! Worst experience ever!! They were late. Parked in the wrong place. Were completely incompetent. Couldn’t take any of my furniture apart (or put it back together again). Stripped the screws in my bed. Put huge scratches in the floor that cost me over $1300 from my deposit. Took breaks that I got charged for. Demanded more in tips.

****update- After filing a complaint with the company and going back and forth a few times, they were able to fully refund me based on this experience. However, I still lost hours of my time dealing with the situation and the back-and-forth phone calls. I'll give them another star for refunding me, however, My claims agent and I had to fight for it. The first offer was to refund not even 2 hours which was very insulting. I will never use this company again- consider yourself warned.
Anthony, who spoke mostly Spanish was kind and respectful . However Boborek asked me for a tip after moving pretty slow. They originally quoted me $500 to move from Oakland to Palo Alto and I ended up paying over $1000. I gave them $50 each and Boborek was visibly upset. I said, “you look upset”, because an appropriate response would have been “thank you”. He then said, with a red face, “can you give us $100 each”. The nerve! No tact whatsoever. This is our 5th move in the past 5 years, and we usually move everything ourselves and just rent a truck. This time, moving from a two-bedroom home to Sacramento, we finally decided to hire movers—and I’m so glad we did! They were fast, efficient, and provided excellent service from start to finish.
