In their own words
I recommend this company to anyone that needs a good mover, with a few caveats. First and foremost though, everything arrived on time and nothing was broken, even in the stuff we packed ourselves. As for the caveats: 1) they didn't do an inventory but it didn't matter since nothing was missing. 2) I would have liked to see some of our more delicate items wrapped a little more carefully nut again, nothing was broken. If these things are important to you, my guess is that they can accommodate.
Travis and his crew were responsive from the first outreach to the day of. The crew was running behind on another job but they quickly came up with a plan to meet both customers’ needs. We were so appreciative of the support, responsiveness and professionalism of the entire team. Would definitely hire again!
Travis was the only mover to come survey the move in person, everyone else wanted me to do the prep work for them. His estimate was 30% less than average, and their service was stellar. I was quoted 3 movers, but had 4 for the first few hours because Travis wanted to make sure everything went perfect, and it did. They got the job done with Zero (0) damage to my furniture, even with all of the glass we had. Everything was completed within estimate.
I was blown away by the kindness and professionalism of the two man team that worked with me last weekend to rework another company’s mess in two of my storage units. When I shared photos of what we were up against - Travis helped me with a solid plan and Marcus and Jackson executed perfectly. Not only were careful with my things and thoughtful with the way we repacked them, they also created walkway access to items I may need while still looking for my next home.
