I was recommended this moving company by a friend, but I was disappointed. They estimated 5 hours for the move to be done, which I thought it would take less time because we didn’t have too much furniture. They ended up taking even more time than the estimate. The guys didn’t seem super professional and serious about the work because they were taking their time moving the stuff. Both guys were playing on their phones when there were “unloading” in the truck.

There’s absolutely no way these 5-star reviews are real. Scheduled a move for 1 bedroom and 1 office (2 small rooms). They movers were 1.5 hours late - I was given a report time of 8:30-9:00am, so I was at the property by 8:00. 2 movers …
Thank you for the feedback, we're sorry your experience with us wasn't up to our standard. We understand a delayed start is frustrating. We did explain that it was due to a personnel change we had to make that morning, and we applied a late arrival discount specifically for that.
Tough one because this review comes almost completely down to being able to trust the company you are paying way too much money to move your belongings. I don’t usually leave reviews unless they are positive. The crew worked hard for the most part and the small damaged areas of the home have been corrected. A issue did come up with accountability though when we had an issue with our new dryer not working when everyone was gone at the new house.

I hired Einstein Moving based on strong reviews and word of mouth. When I called to schedule my 1-bedroom apartment move, the representative was super friendly and helpful. I was moving from North Austin to Leander, so I called the North Austin number. She was able to save me over $100 and get a more favorable moving date/time for me by setting me up with the Leander location instead which was awesome. The movers were Emily H. and Spencer H. from the Leander location.
Erin and Bredon were absolutely amazing. Their communication was respectful and kind. They were efficient and so patient with one another. We will definitely use them again!
