In their own words
Plate number AM2843. Terrible driving. He was flashing headlights at cars erratically weaving through traffic on the East bound 10 freeway just past Chiriaco Summit Sunday afternoon 4:10 A very rude and aggressive driver. I would never use this company if these are the type of drivers they employ. Very unsafe.
Update: my bank agreed. They issued me a full refund when I ran a chargeback for services not provided. Call someone else, trust me. I had to call a tow truck to get a box truck towed out of the sand. When I sent pictures and let dispatch know I was over 10ft off the road, (confirmed by management that I told them on the phone via voice recordings) they still sent an incorrect truck that could not remove my truck after charging me $900+.
I’d leave 0 stars if I could. Called AAA due to running out of gas. Yes my bad. So AAA assigned A Toe Truck and give us a 35 min ETA they have our location and know signal is in and out. So we waited. And waited. And waited and waited. So after 60 min I walked until I got signal again called A Toe Truck for an ETA and found out they cancelled our help because we didn’t answer the phone. Ummmm. Excuse me. You had our GPS location.
Arbitrary Pricing: While a standard formula exists for mileage and service type, arbitrary surcharges are frequently added to customer quotes without justification. Selective Service: Management lacks a consistent intake process, often picking and choosing which customers to assist based on personal preference or money to be gained rather than business availability or service capability.
Place is a joke. They couldn't get out to me until the next day. Mind you I told them my wife and me were on a dirt road in the middle of now where without water. They said it would take 17 hours to get out there and they priced me 1000. I …
This was a AAA assistance call to change a boat trailer tire with RV Plus. Dispatcher was in training and had no clue about what she was doing. She said a driver was enroute from Blythe (20 miles away) .After 40 minutes I called again and …

I used AAA and this was the company that received the call.. it took them 5.5hrs to bring me gas we were stranded in the middle of know where and I was charged a ridiculous amount for 5 gallons of gas and got no updates when someone was …
My SUV is totally dead. I can not even get in with the spare key, hidden in the FOB, in order to pop the hood. I see this company has marvelous reviews. That was NOT my experience today. As the only tow truck company serving AAA …

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
The driver kept in touch and let me know where he was. It very a very quick fix and only took a couple of minutes. He was cheerful and very polite. Would definitely use this service again and liked this driver, Darren T.
Darren T has excellent customer service and was able to help us when our trailer had a flat tire and not just any flat tire the previous owner of our trailer did a bad job on replacing the tire bolts with different sizes. Darren was able to figure it out and get us back on the road to enjoy our weekend by the river.
Always great service. Daniel loaded my Harley on the flat bed without Incident. Very knowledgeable and really polite! Mackinzie had to take my call since I wasn't able to add Gear-Up as the repair shop via the link. She was also very knowledge and sounded very nice.
Darren T was amazing… We got locked out if our car in Vidal Junction (middle of nowhere, literally) about 2 am… very hot temperatures and with my mom’s medicine locked in as well… he came out ASAP and got our car opened up and us on our way… Thank you Darren T
