Don't rent here! They broke into my unit and stole family heirlooms (including a jewelry box my Grandfather made and sentimental keepsakes from my childhood) and handmade Tiffany lamps. My heart is broken.

If I could have given a half star or none at all, that would have been my preference. I had booked a reservation for a small unit to put my college student’s large items in storage instead of dragging them 4 hours home. I even called ahead to confirm hours and my reservation on May 3. All was good. I arrived there to a locked down office and no answer when I called the business. Then I reached out to the storage manager posted on the window. They manage MANY units therefore not a direct contact.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with our office being closed during your scheduled reservation. We will address this issue with our staff to ensure it does not happen again in the future.
Iv'e been with this place already 3 years but since they've had the "New Management' IT REALLY SUCKS the manager there is a jerk he's really rude and obviously dose not care about costumer service! This place always seams to be closed and every time i would go try to pay he would be gone and i also tried going before it closed and it was always closed before closing hours and now i have late fees cause of the manager not doing his Job.. I rather pay my money to an other place then them!!!!!

My daughter has been put through hell with the staff at AAA king self storage. She had a rough road the past year. She has paid late a few times, and when she has the money to pay they come up with all kinds of hidden fees. They make it almost impossible for her to catch up so she won't lose her belongings. She has ask numerous times to speak with the owner or someone higher and they refuse to give her the information. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I agree with the other reviews. This place sucks since it went under new management. I'd rather spend more money and have amazing customer service than always be inconveinced when I go and no one answers the door. The new guy and new girl are a perfect match BOTH RUDE! All she does is sit there and play on her phone and the guy pretends he's the owner. I don't blame the other gals for quitting. This place is a joke. I'll be going to Gateway next time I need a storage place.

Owner is rude, disrespectful, feels the need to be intimidating. You can not question the methods he will become aggressive with his tone of voice and attitude. Worst storage facility I have ever rented from.
