It's unfortunate that my storage unit got broken into by another customer the units were not checked for a couple days because the employee was out and therefore I was not notified in a timely manner, cops were called but very skeptical as the person that was involved still has a unit right across mine...smh. just hopeful that the insurance I pay reimburses me for my stuff... to be continued.

Illegally sold a storage unit today belonging to my deceased husband while the case was already entered into probate so anyway that just bought a 10x20 storage unit today because we have eyes I will be filling charges.and they refuse to tell me who bought my stuff they took everything me and my son own away from us so now we have nothing of my dead husband or my mother in law photos and letters havent been returned they called the cops on me the day they sold our unit

We rent a 10 x 10 unit. The price keeps increasing.. in November of 2021 the price was $60 on a special for 3 months. Then the price raised in it regular price they said $98 a month. We received a letter that it will go up to $129 per month. That is a 30% increase in price! That's highway robbery. This increase will take place July 1st of 2022.

Monthly storage fees have gone up by 30%. Note that the back half of the building is completely pitch black. When they advertise "well lit" conditions. Indoor storage units completely dark and have not fixed the issue the 6 months I've been …

0 it's a joke had storage there for three years they are manipulating the paperwork because me n significant other separated they have the proper paperwork but someone moved in next to me or behind me with mice n everything was ruined …

Great place to get storage if you need it. Andrea is quite knowledgeable and was a pleasure to deal with getting everything set up, which took less than 15min. The facility itself is well maintained and on the edge of a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to the highway. I've had a unit at this place a couple times now, and always know my stuff is safe and secure there.
