Being from out of town and looking ok’ing for a FedEx location, the this business was listed as a location. Arrived, door was locked. Turned to walk away and the lady unlocked it. She was on the phone and said “what!” in a most unbelievably rude tone. It was quite apparent that it was a personal call.

🤬🤬🤬Money minded people. They won't keep their word.. I wanted a storage for my car.. I went to the office there was no human being in the premises but the gates were open. I had a reservation and they called me back guaranteeing the storage for the same day and they asked me to pay over the phone to reserve the room. Here I am, no money in my bank account and no storage. Nobody will answer the phone. Customer service is so ungrateful and showing attitude. They are good at putting you on hold.

Pathetic - Poor services and very high prices - I talked over the phone and I noticed that the lady doesn't want to talk and wants to enjoy her weekend.

Theyre all to happy to take your money, make excuses for why they didnt give you an access code or locker # and then refuse a refund
