The rating breakdown
Google shows 10 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 10 | 100% | |
| 4 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 0 | 0% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Called the day before to confirm and then rolled up right on time. Studio over to Mountain View, wrapped up in a couple hours.
Getting our oversized sectional sofa down a narrow flight of stairs seemed impossible until the Ace Movers crew figured out the perfect angle to safely get it out. They worked non-stop with incredible positive energy all morning, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, hardworking professionals!
Thank you for using our moving company in Palo Alto
I was genuinely dreading moving day, but these guys cleared out my second floor apartment in less than two hours without leaving a single scratch on the walls. The final bill matched my original phone quote to the exact dollar, and I truly couldn't be happier with their honest and friendly service.
It was a pleasure working for you
Relocating with a six month-old baby had us completely terrified, but the movers made the entire day feel surprisingly peaceful. They set up the crib in the new nursery first thing so our little one could nap while the rest of the truck was unloaded. Endless gratitude for a team that went out of their way to show such genuine kindness to our family.
What Google’s own summary highlights
Google surfaces topics it finds across a business’s reviews. They skew positive across every mover we hold, so treat them as a summary of what this company is praised for rather than a balanced picture.
