Worst experience ever unprofessional workers & management. Damaged darn near all lf our brand new furniture and tore holes in walls of our house for sale. As well as missing screws in bed frames after assembled saftey hazard. Had no idea this would go this way or we would of moved ourselves. So unfortunate. They assured us they would take care of everything then started avoided our calls and told us we signed waivers?
Terrible experience. This company was hired to move and store our items. They misplaced several items, most importantly pictures that cannot be replaced. We have over 12k in damages and they are offering only 1600.00 in coverages and that will be paid ONLY after we pay them $3800 for delivering damaged belongings. Pay attention to the email picture where a staff member is advising the owner of the company to settle this claim, seems as if everyone knew the items were damaged?

The movers I had were nice but took forever to move our tiny 2 bedroom house. I've moved several times with the same amount of stuff and it took half the time. I feel like my kindness was being taken advantage of as they spent two of the four hours standing around. They then proceeded to charge me double what I was quoted. I had to call to get a refund. Even after that refund I feel like I paid way too much for the service they offered.

One star is generous, busted our $1,000 tv, broke an aquarium, and a tv stand and are offering us $90 for the claim. I heard when our TV stand busted and later when I went back downstairs overheard the guy talking about a piss test. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!
This is not a good moving company to whom is reading this please do not use this moving company they damaged a brand new bedroom set also they have drug addicts moving your furniture and also they stole two phones out of my belongings so …
Kella, the general manager has talked to you multiple times and I the owner have talked to you in length about your move. We have said numerous times we would be more then happy to pay for the screws from the mirror of your dresser that are missing.
So my mover needed my bathroom because as he stated he had a UTI. Then they broke the key in my lock. told me to charge it to company they always do that. Oh and The storage company will cut lock off. I told them ok let me grab them one …

We had an outstanding experience with Action Moving during our move from Iowa to Nebraska. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, courteous, and incredibly hardworking. They arrived on time, handled our belongings with care, and worked efficiently while still taking the time to protect our furniture and home. In addition, they stored all of our belongings for nearly 3 weeks and showed up on moving day with ALL of our items showing the same care and professionalism while unloading.
I couldn’t have been more pleased with the efficiency and personable staff that made moving go as smoothly as it did. Everything was moved carefully and competently, on time, and at a fair price.
I had a good experience with this moving company. I just needed an oversized hutch moved from a business in downtown Sioux City to my house outside Pender, NE. The crew of three were quick, efficient, and professional. The job came in under the initial quote estimate. I will use this company again if I need to move furniture! Stephanie worked with me on the phone. I think Mikey, Clay, and Derrick (I may be misremembering their names) were the moving crew.
Excellent service and communication. The two young men that moved my parent's furniture were so friendly and very careful with the furniture. They worked 5 straight hours in very hot weather without stopping to rest. I'm so glad we chose Action Moving. I will definitely use them again for my moving needs. Highly recommend!
