In their own words
i would never do business with this person again!!! he is holding our storage unit ransom saying that we are behind on our payments even though i showed him proof that it was paid. he has yelled at me saying i am lying to him and abusing him and that i am scum and he doesn't need to do business with my "kind" of people. he even admitted to using my check to pay for another unit. he cut our lock off to put stuff from our other unit which was on a separate contract into this one.
Don't bother! There is a reason why this place is cheap. Lousy customer service, little to no security. The driveways in this place are a mess. Broken concrete and large pot holes. Unless you cover your items completely, they are going to get dirty. The 2 months I was there, about a quarter inch of dust on everything. Lots of abandoned or unpaid units. I was in a rush and picked this place.
I missed a month due to being locked up n when I went to go pay on my stuff they had already got my stuff n sold it from under me. My family's ashes was in there. I was a few months behind but still made payments n the lady I talked to said as long as I was paying sum thing on it then it would be okay.

Terrible customer service! Closing in 30 min and won't remove a lockout with payment because they don't have enough time! Very willing to receive payment. Unable to grant access due to time.
