Connor was referred to me by my friend Bonnie who has used him 2x with a 3rd coming within 2 weeks. I met him and I thought he was very professional and friendly. I hired Connor since the company has gotten good reviews. Connor came to my home 2 separate times to do a walk through to give me an estimate. The day of packing things went very sour. Conner said that there would be 4 guys and it would take them 4 hours. They only showed with 2 guys and they kept calling for more help. The job was completed at 7pm.
This review is unlike any we've encountered in our 15 years of business. While we could carefully point out the differences between this review and our records, a quick look at the reviewer's history says a lot. … More
They left us with things just left on counters, never followed through on what they said they would do,and still missing some items. Such a disappointed.

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
An Organized Move was recommended by the assisted living residence my mother entered last month. The team was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable about this type of move. They even made suggestions about organizing the furniture for comfort and safety. A couple of weeks later they moved my mother to a different wing and by then we had more furniture to manage. An Organized Move was able to schedule the job very quickly and two young men from the company were excellent.
Excellent service!! Art and Houston were on time and did a fantastic job!! Very careful and deliberate when handling items to be sure nothing was damaged. I highly recommend An Organized Move!!
The movers did an amazing job. It was flawless. Communication was superb and they even moved a large fragile wall piece that took extra care.
Connor came a few days before the move and wrote down all the things we needed moved and where the different items were going. A few days later he gave us a well organized estimate and set up the date of the move. The three men that arrived and performed the move were polite, strong, and extremely hard workers. They did not take any breaks and had our 4 bedroom home cleared in no time. They went to the new location and setup the furniture and TV's that we were keeping.
