All My Sons Moving & Storage

Would not recommend this company and suggest you look elsewhere for moving services. Do some research and check their BBB complaints, many of which were similar to my negative experience. The pace the movers worked was slower than others I have hired, which increased the total costs significantly more than their initial quote. They damaged multiple furniture items during the move and did not handle my items with care.

The Worst Moving Experience. This was, without a doubt, the worst and most stressful moving experience I have ever had. I had everything packed and ready to go before the movers arrived. My TV was already wrapped, and we only had three full-size beds, one dresser with no clothes in it, and very little furniture. There was no dining room furniture or anything that should have required an excessive amount of time.

Deceptive pricing and misleading sales tactics. Additional charges were not disclosed by phone and were added day of move after I asked multiple times what the fees would be and they only provided me with an hourly rate. They also charge a fuel surcharge % based on the total cost, packing supplies which we didn’t need, and they take their time packing and driving to the new place to run up the hourly labor and fuel surcharge costs.

This review will be lengthy but will be worth the read if you are considering using All My Sons Orlando for your moving purposes. I scheduled a local move to transfer from a 1 bedroom apartment to a 3 bedroom apartment within the same apartment complex. The quoted price from the moving company with the exception of supply costs as relatively reasonable. The crew that arrived was very professional and made sure to take care of our items.

A moving day with All My Sons: You will be told the day before to expect a crew from 12-4pm. You will not hear anything until you call them at 3:30pm. Once they arrive at exactly the latest possible time in the window, they will smell like marijuana. They will then proceed with the move and avoid putting protection on the most expensive item you own (Gaming PC). A few seconds after the commitment to no protection of the item, they will drop the PC.

New Update: Antwon asked me to give him and Cordale a review, so here it’s… One of the 2 movers asked about what games I play, as I had a PS5 box they had moved to my new house. He said he sold his system as he played so much in the past it consumed all of his time and showed me a picture of him, I mentioned “Hogwarts Legacy” (HL) and a couple others. He seemed all excited about it. He then asked what Nintendo games I have, I said I just picked up “Five Nights at Freddy’s Core Collection”.

**** TERRIBLE SERVICE & VERY OVERPRICED**** This was the first time I've ever used a moving company but since I found myself in a domestic situation which included me with the police standing next to me while I wrote the details down on the trunk of my car I figured I would spend the necessary money to hire professionals.... ha!!!! Originally I thought I hired College Hunks for the next morning 8-9am but found out at 10am my "pending" request had been denied since they didn't have a truck.

Overcharged and Misled — Would Not Recommend I had a very disappointing experience with this moving company and would not recommend them. I booked their service at an advertised rate of $127/hour, expecting clear and transparent pricing. However, for just 2.5 hours, I was charged $606.17. The final bill included multiple extra fees (travel, fuel, materials) that were never clearly explained upfront. The email they claim to have sent was not itemized and did not include a proper estimate.
