First: The movers were polite, communicative, and efficient. Second: I will never suggest this moving company to anyone and here's why: Between having to get my own trucks and the cost of the movers it cost almost $2000. Several things so far have been broken, furniture was scratched or damaged, it is going to cost me almost the full $2000 in repairs of the damages they left me with.

Michael and Jon did a terrific job helping move us this past Wednesday. They were prompt to arrive, worked hard and fast and yet were very cautious to protect not only our items being moved, but the dwelling for both the pick up and drop off. Extremely professional and upfront/clear on costs and what they would do for us. We would not hesitate to use them again and strongly encourage if you have a need to move, give them a call as they hauled from Green Bay to Door County for us. Thanks, Mike and Dawn
We hired Big Franks to move furniture back into our house after remodeling and extremely happy that we did! The guys made quick work of all the furniture and was very careful while doing so. They even helped us with bringing household items from our basement back upstairs. 5 out of 5 stars and will be using them again in the future.
Super kind, very efficient & treated all of our stuff very gently! Made quick work of our stuff & we’re very respectful the entire time. Good communication & even adjusted the day they helped us after a mishap in the scheduling system (not on their end!)

They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made the entire moving process stress free. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was done right.
