I would give 0 stars but that's not possible. Make sure your small children aren't present because they love to drop "F" bombs, A LOT! They are extremely rude and unprofessional. We tried to make a complaint to their dispatch (or whoever answers the phones) but he was even worse. For a "family owned business since 1947", they sure treat people like S**T! I highly recommend choosing a different company. We will never use them nor will we ever recommend them to anybody.
Terrible experience. Movers stole property from my mother’s home. The police were able to recover what we knew was stolen but we don’t know what other items were taken. Nightmare situation that was handled poorly by Bluemound Express management.
My family used this company for moving, and two of the three workers were observed multiple times standing around, smoking, pooping in the cleaned bathrooms, and talking, while one hard worker did all of the work. These two "workers" purposefully wasted time so my family had to pay more. What should have taken 5 hours took 9+ hours! There were three furniture dollys available for the workers to use, and only the one hard working employee used one.
Driver was actively blocking drivers from zipper merging during roadwork, repeatedly straddling the lanes so no one could merge. Nearly hit me just to block me from merging at the appropriate time, even blocking an intersection in the process with signs posted “do not block intersection”, it’s even marked ON THE PAVEMENT. Guy needs to chill, no one else had an issue zippering. I don’t know about the business, but your employees are a reflection of you.
Very disappointed. Needed help with a few larger items (sofa, mattress, 3 dresser, pull out couch & flat screen) quoted 3hrs or less. The movers took FIVE HOURS to move a few items. Called twice to discuss with management and never received a call back or a credit. Almost $800 for a few items & 8 miles. 👎 …

I recently had the pleasure of working with Bluemound Express Moving Company from Waukesha, WI, and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with their exceptional service. On April 28, 2025, Jack, Ralph, Charles, Darryl, and Keith undertook the monumental task of moving our household goods, and they exceeded all expectations. Our move was particularly challenging and lengthy, spanning a grueling 14-hour day.
Fantastic job. On time, very efficient and careful in the move. The crew worked without stopping. Thank you for the great service.
We had Keith and Keegan move us from Oak Creek to Greendale on October 15. We are elderly and they were very respectful of our age and the anxiety a move can cause. They were friendly, courteous, and very capable of handling even large, heavy pieces of furniture with care. It was interesting to see how they moved many boxes together to save time. Superb service! A last minute squeeze in, a team of four that worked great together with care to my antique player piano and strategic route out of a tricky house.
