Terrible company!!! I was late on the rent and made payment arrangements and was charged an auction fee of $99 for, and auction that never happened! Refused to refund me for 3 months and said they could only "credit me" for the following month. Said they sent me a certified letter this month regarding a a different unit, which I did not receive and charged me $15 for that. This company will charge you fees for whatever they can and their service is terrible! Would not recommend!!!

They increase rental cost on my 3 of storage. They have extra fees on top of your rent and coverage ( which I didn’t ask for) aside from one kind employee this whole experience was expensive, definitely not worth the stress or cost. Nala Diallo.

Very greedy company that preys on people who don’t have other storage options. My rental fee has gone up almost 3 times as much since I first started using it. I’m getting my stuff out asap. I’m done

Storage mart doubled my monthly rent after just a year of being there. Storage mart has proved they are not loyal to their customers.

Spoke to Bryce who works at the Sunset Dr location, he answered my questions and helped me in the right direction to call and get quotes on units. I called the number and the rep was very helpful in providing accurate quotes and size availability for units they have to offer.
