The rating breakdown
1 of the 36 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Boutique Moving Services are one or two star.
Worked out from 36 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other listings in Berkeley
2.2 percentage points higher than the middle of the 6 listings in Berkeley we can publish a rate for.

What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I used boutique moving services today for a local move. Not only did they respond immediately upon my request for information and for availability, but they were very kind, very professional, offered a very good price in the market, showed up early, were very responsive, were very pleasant, and did a great job. I am very satisfied with my overall experience! Would definitely use them again and I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks guys!!
First of all, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us this amazing review. We are so grateful for your kind words. As always it is a pleasure and I'd be more than happy to help you again. … More
Moving is one of the most stressful life activities. While we look forward to new beginnings in a new home and/or city, we dread the actual moving process. Well, what saved the day for me (and my health) was taking the recommendation from a friend to call Boutique Moving Services. These movers were the ultimate in professionalism and they are so personable in their approach. They aim to please the customer and they succeed.
Hi Maria, We can't thank you enough for the awesome review about our services. Your review means a lot to us! It made my day! Enjoy your new home and have a wonderful weekend!
Stop looking at any other company and use these guys, for real! Marcel and Daniel arrived and we were impressed immediately with their professionalism and attention to detail. You can tell they care about what they do! They assessed our belongings and came up with a plan of how to maximize space, efficiency and protect our belongings. We had most everything packed in boxes/ bins but the items that didn’t fit they cared for as if it was their own belongings. But the best part was their work ethic.
wowwww It really made my day! Thanks for the awesome review, Eric. We work hard to meet expectations like yours, and we’re happy to hear we hit the mark for you. Enjoy your new home and have a great week! Best Boutique Moving Services
We hired Boutique for an office move which required multiple stops and from the initial contact, Marcel was responsive and professional. He provided all the pertinent information requested and an agreement which stated all we had discussed. Marcel, Daniel and Juan were professional throughout our entire move. We were impressed with their care and seamless movement as a team. They worked swiftly and completed our move right as scheduled with no damage.
We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to share with us your experience with Boutique Moving Services. On behalf of our entire team, thank you for allowing us to serve you. All the best, Marcel
