The quote that we received was pretty reasonable. So why the 2 stars? Because we were told it would be up to 14 days for our stuff to arrive, and as of 16 days later we haven't received our belongings nor heard a word from them as to the reason for the delay. I will update this review if the situation changes, but as of now I am thinking it might be a scam... Update: The stuff finally arrived, and over HALF of the items are broken. Some stuff just gone. This company IS a scam and thieves as well.

Multiple people at this company actively deceived and misled me. They gave me an initial "low ball" estimate that was about 400% less than what I was charged after they had all my stuff. This is a standard scam by movers so be careful. Here are some of the things I experienced with them: - They asked me what date I wanted my things delivered. We even discussed what time on that day the delivery would be. However, when nothing was delivered on the day we agreed they told me the delivery window was 10 days.

I need to warn others about a scam run by Bronze Star Moving and Storage. After booking a POD for my long-distance move from Wisconsin to Arizona through PODS, I contacted movers from their recommended list. The next day, a number called me, pretending to be that mover, saying PODS hadn’t confirmed them and they had another partner who could do the move quickly. Now, looking back, I believe Bronze Moving Companies somehow got my number and was behind the whole back and forth.
Terrible customer service. No wonder they have a 3.1 star. They quoted me THOUSANDS of dollars more than what other companies quoted me. Then told me that I didn’t know what I was doing, told me U-Haul was quoting way more than them even though I already had a much lower quote from U-Haul 15min before reaching out to them. LOL. THEN, THEY WANTED ME TO SHARE MY OTHER QUOTES BEFORE GIVING ME A QUOTE!!! 😆😆😆 SCAMMERS!!!!!!
This place is a scam DO NOT USE THEM ! They were supposed to pick up my things as scheduled but cancelled my move saying no one was at the address but called the next day AFTER THEY SO CALLED CANCELLED MY MOVE asking for payment of 2200.
