The rating breakdown
2 of the 48 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Cali Moving and Storage - Carlsbad are one or two star.
Worked out from 48 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other listings in Carlsbad
1.7 percentage points higher than the middle of the 15 listings in Carlsbad we can publish a rate for.

In their own words
Horrible experience. They keep taking down my reviews, and Mike refuses to return my calls or texts to resolve this. We had to help move our own belongings off the truck just to get things done, and they even left to get food on time I was paying for. Completely unacceptable. On top of that, one of the movers screamed at my child, rude , unprofessional, and out of line. This was not the service I was promised when booking. Mike sells you a dream, but the reality is the worst moving experience I’ve ever had.
Horrible experience from start to finish. After everything that happened, Mike finally called but instead of taking accountability, he offered $100 and immediately took his employees’ side. I even have video proof of one of the movers …
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I had an excellent experience with this moving company from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and handled all of my belongings with great care. They worked efficiently while still paying attention to detail, making sure everything was properly wrapped and protected. Moving can be stressful, but they made the entire process smooth and worry-free.
We recently moved within Rancho penasquitos in San Diego. It was a good size move, but the crew handled it fast and easy, with their smile on the face. Everything made it safe, appeared on the right spots. Great service and great price!
I don’t usually write reviews, but these guys absolutely earned one. From the very first phone call to the last box being placed exactly where we wanted it, the communication was outstanding. They kept us informed every step of the way, arrived on time, treated our belongings with genuine care, and paid attention to every little detail. Nothing felt rushed, and no question was too small.
Professional crew, hard working. They took great care with our things, absolutely no damage at all. Everything that could be scratched, was wrapped. They carefully placed everything where we wanted it in our 2-story home. The entire experience with Cali Moving, was stress free. I NEVER want to move again, but I will without hesitation, recommend Cali to anyone that may need their services. Great job!
