(Mover: M. Vass) Moved from Ca to Oklahoma. The initial contact & quote process was great. The owner comes out to write the quote. He is very pleasant & a great person. Packing day came, and it also went very well. All the packers very professional and friendly. BUT THEN CAME THE DELIVERY (ominous music)........... Come to find out that they subcontract the unpacking process out to local "movers". The same people that took care during the packing process doesn't meet you at your deluvery.
Charged 30% more than the estimate & broke 3 pieces of furniture. Refused to pay for repairs after selling me insurance. Sloppy movers & terrible customer service.
I have waited almost two years to write this review because I wanted to make sure that I wasn't just pointing fingers and putting blame on a company but after what has happened, I just had to share in hopes that it never happens to anyone …
Good luck getting your stuff in one piece. Driver was weaving back and forth on Interstate 405 and Interstate 10 on 9/4 at 3:45 pm, almost caused multiple pileups. But I guess getting your stuff on time is critical!

First and foremost, my experience with Camelot Movers was very positive and I would gladly request their services again in the future. I owe them a big thanks for helping make my moving experience out of my 1-bedroom apartment straightforward and stress-free (as much as any moving experience can be at least). Definitely recommend! I've used Camelot movers for myself and my business a few times over the years and they've impressed me every time. My experiences with other movers have been hit or miss. I think the biggest thing is they have well trained team leaders running their moving teams. We had Parker as our team lead for our office move this past weekend, and he definitely helped lift the burden from my shoulders. He had things and everyone organized from the get go and made sure all of our needs were met.

Billy and the Team at Camelot Moving and Storage is THE BEST!! Not only have they moved me and my husband and dad, but I am a Realtor and Camelot is my go-to referred moving company. They moved my clients, not only locally, but out of state to Arizona and across country to Tennessee. They do not contract with brokered trucks! Beware of that! (I have heard many horror stories. Do not go cheap, you will get what you pay for.) The Camelot Crew moves your stuff and drive the trucks themselves.
