It was easy to put a unit on hold online. They answered all my questions and were very helpful on the phone. Easy process and good to work with. The only issue was that the back part where the units are is not paved. Made it difficult to get back there with a big box truck and could not unload easily with lift-gate on truck. Would've been nice to know that it was not paved. She did say it would be paved in 2 weeks, so then it should be better. Also, front gate was broken at the time I signed up for unit.
Rude and incompetents staff. They couldnt get my contract correct, exterior was never plowed or taken care of. They tried to make their constant mistakes my error and kept misplacing my documents that heubhad on file. Would never recommend or go back to this place - scam.
Moved in a about year ago. The staff at that time were very nice and rent cheap but outside a mess like what the other reviewers stated. Well, ever since the upgrades, the rent increased very much but was told only would increase a little. The lot not totally paved as of yet. Forgot to mention in the beginning was in a 10x30 but was condemned by Shelby Township so I had to move my suff again a month later. The staff offered a mover but did it myself so I saved them money in the long run.
For over a week now my access code has not worked. I've called multiple times and it is still not fixed even after empty promises. I pay for 3 units some of which also have 24 access. They say I cannot access the units until they figure it out. They have not offered compensation or anything else for the inconvenience. If 24 hour access is offered the company should uphold that by having an on call person that can address issues that arise. Or at least offer some sort of compensation.

Terrible rundown facility. No air conditioning in climate controlled. Terrible management. Not customer friendly. Do not rent here if you want service. Gate pad was laying on the ground. There are much better facilities.

Called them this morning while I was in Indianapolis and spoke with Tiffany I needed a place to park a vehicle she took my info and went outside to make sure the spot would work Called me back said it would said the office would be closed on Thursday but took care of everything over the phone so I could park it there when I got in town great customer service and extremely pleasant and helpful would definitely recommend them
