I was scheduled for a 12pm-2pm appointment for junk removal. I didn't receive a call/text that day regarding the appointment. I called the company at 3pm to find out why I hadn't heard anything regarding my appointment. They told me I would have to wait for the operations department or driver to contact me. A few minutes later I did receive a call from the driver stating he was on his way in 30 minutes.

Terrible company , will break your stuff and walls and then charge more like a hidden fees. Never again this company . Dishonest crews and will make stories that aren’t true.
If you could please be more specific so I can address w my team and do our best to right the situation it’d be much appreciated. I don’t see you in our database as a current/previous customer.
Literally broke my piano and inappropriately sent me texts to hit on me and refuse to take responsibility for it and give me a refund (at the very least)

I have 2 stars, because the young men were nice. However the overall experience was terrible. Kathy, who is in sales, screwed up repeatedly with my move. Didn’t send a truck. Then hours later, when they finally were able to start, she said she was sending 3 hunks for the price of 2. This was due to her earlier mistake of not sending a truck. Even though there was clearly a truck and travel charge on the invoice. Then, at the end of the move, I was charged for 3 hunks.

All they did was harass. I am a DV survivor their website clearly states resources for DV victims but all they did was harass me with emails, calls and messages over an estimate when I had already spoken to 5 different people pitching me the same nonsense for a "free estimate" why do they use the wording "free estimate" its behond redundant as all and every moving companies provide estimates. Who would charge to give a client an estimate ?

My Hunks were outstanding! Drew, Ryan, and Mario far exceeded all of my expectations! They were kind, funny, efficient, and went above and beyond. These were by far the best movers I’ve had, and this is move 7… Well dressed, chivalrous (helped my neighbor with her bags and up the stairs), and hard workers.
