The lady that works and lives here is a horrible person. I called today and the voicemail said the gate hours are 7 am til 7 pm. I then went and was locked in at 6:30. Tha lady then yelled at me and said the voicemail says 6 oclock. I just …
I recently left Colorado Storage after 14 years as the manager primarily because the owner refuses to put money back in to the business for security. There are no cameras on the property. Anyone can jump over the fence and break into the units or steal a catalytic convertor which has happened more often lately. The tenant contract states "store at your own risk". The owner says things have worked as is for all these years. Well times have changed. Tenants beware.

We have used the storage place for the eight years that we've lived here in Carson. The people that operate the establishment are very friendly! I can see why they won first in place.
Excellent place to securely store your RV. Grounds are kept clean and there is onsite management 24/7 which makes me feel better as far as security is concerned. I was overpaying my bill by 5 bucks a month, received a courtesy call that I had a credit with them for the excess amount.
I've had my stuff here since 2019 and would not go anywhere else. Excellent people
Can't say enough about the people that run the place. They are really nice people
