The rating breakdown
Google shows 14 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 1 of those is one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 11 | 78.6% | |
| 4 star | 2 | 14.3% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 1 | 7.1% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
We originally called ILS in September. We heard nothing back after 2 calls and I had given up. In late Oct, we receied a call from Kenny. Turns out they discovered there was a problem wiht messages not being sent properly. Instead of just letting it go, they went through the book and called back those that they hadn't reached out to. I was one of those individuals. They came out to the house, gave me an estimate to move my safe and made an appointment for the following week.
I had originally left a less than positive review for this company after a scheduling snafu that left us in the lurch. I lamented that they did not appear to value a small customer equally with larger higher paying customers. Well, I couldn't have been more wrong. Within an hour of posting my review, they reached out to me to make it right. They apologized profusely, and the owner himself is going to make the move for us tomorrow as scheduled.
Derek, My apologies for the issues this has caused. I have spoken with both, my Boss & our owner and one of them should be reaching out to you shortly to rectify this situation and get your machine moved for you.
My experience has been positive. The quality of service, we provide to each customer is 100%.
What Google’s own summary highlights
Google surfaces topics it finds across a business’s reviews. They skew positive across every mover we hold, so treat them as a summary of what this company is praised for rather than a balanced picture.
