The rating breakdown
Google shows 15 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 1 of those is one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.

In their own words
This was a terrible experience. I moved from a two bedroom two bath apartment into my first home on back on 10/31/22. Concordia arrived on time and appeared to be professional and ready to go. Long story short, that wasn't the case at all. Three plus hours into the move ,the movers were still taking things down to the moving truck from my fourth floor apartment down to the ground floor.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

The Movers were amazing. We could not have asked for a better experience. They were careful with our belongings and respectful of both property sites. We would totally recommend them to family & friends.

Excellent service and fair pricing. Smooth and fast move. Will consider if I move again.
My fiance called this moving company to help us move from a 1 bedroom into a 2 bedroom at a different complex. We were originally scheduled to move December 24th, Christmas Eve. They were able to get us in 2 days earlier on Wednesday the 22nd. They even called us the day of and told us they will be there 1 hour earlier than we expected them. From the moment we met our 2 guys they were nothing but polite, respectful, and responsible. They handled our things with great care, no matter how small the item was.
