Robbed and the storage lock wasn't even cut or broken. Little was left and everything that was left was turned inside out!! 15 bins gone!! No one noticed?? Protect your things even if you have to pay extra. Still taking inventory, more may have been stolen!! DO NOT LEAVE YOUR ITEMS HERE!!
Management sucks. Constant harassment and constant accusations about hanging out when not even there. Several break-ins at this storage. Management gossips to other tenants what you store inside your units. Recommend to find another location to keep what you store safer without Management gossiping what you store. Not only that, management invades your privacy by opening your without your consent.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Rented a storage unit from them for over 10 years. Friendly and responsive staff, easy access from highway 101, a great value.
I stored my RV there for many years it was such an awesome experience. I never had any problems or issues with my RV therefore. George was so helpful in many ways. I appreciate his hospitality and his willingness towards helping me. I will always refer them to everyone
We needed to store our RV and only had days to find a place. We had a tough time finding a quality place, at a good price. I saw the hours online and realized they were closed (Monday). I called several others only to find they were pricey …
I have been reading here since 1980. I'm very pleased with a reasonable prices. It's a great location easy access to and from the highway. Its also close to shopping centers.
