Horrible service and they are very rude and uneducated as it shows when you book another company from their neglect. Mark Bar sends emails and it’s not a real person so that they can say and treat you how they want with no repercussions.

Requested a moving quote and this is one of the companies who reached out. The initial rep asked for a chat, to which I requested email communication due to my work schedule. He insisted we remain on the line. I advised I was backing in a trailer to a job site, hence the email request, and that my phone was blowing up with moving quotes now. I told him I was ready to throw my phone in the creek! His reply? “Well I guess it’s going in the creek!” And he hung up on me. I’ve received numerous calls since then.

Please DO NOT use this moving company they will lie to you showing how many days it will take for your items to arrive and then not give you any update once picking up your things. This has been the worst experience of moving and I’ve moved many times. The price was relatively lower than other moving companies so I can now understand why.

It has been over two weeks since the entire contents of our apartment was picked up. We have received no tracking information, confirmation of any sort, or return phone calls from any one at Cross Country Movers. Do not recommend. Hopefully we receive our belongings at some point... We have reached out repeatedly to the company, the individual assigned to us and others, to no avail. We have received no confirmation that our possessions have left Oregon, are in transit to Maine, or will ever arrive. DO NOT USE.

Under no circumstances use them. They will low ball you on the offer, then over charge after they get there. They charge for 27 for a box, 17 to pack the box, and 17 to unpack it. Do not believe that they are full service for the price they offer you.

We recently moved to New Jersey and were lucky enough to find Cross Country company for our move. They were professional, courteous, and cost-efficient. All our stuff arrived on time and unharmed. The service was wonderful and just a great group of guys. They navigated a multi-state move with two delivery locations with ease. We've already recommended them to our friends.
They made our move such an easy and enjoyable experience! The crew was so nice and easy to communicate with. Very professional and moved quick & carefully. Couldn't be happier with how smooth and painless they made our move - and at a competitive price too. Will definitely use them again for future moves!!

We hired them for our move from San Diego to Miami and we couldn’t have made a better decision. They were punctual, while being reasonably priced. The team were courteous, ensured things got where they needed to be, and took care of all our possessions. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone and will be using them again whenever the need arises!
