Greystone promised to make our move a much easier experience and they delivered on that promise. From start to finish the entire team was organized, professional, courteous & efficient! They never uttered the word "no" to any of our requests and provided great solutions to all the unanticipated problems as they arose. We moved out ahead of schedule and on the back end our belongings and boxes were placed and unpacked when requested.
Our move was absolutely perfect. The GREYSTONE team was very effective, and the movers were extremely careful and efficient. The whole process was very easy and made a stressful event almost enjoyable :) I highly recommend Greystone if you want your relocation to be seamless. And as an added sweet touch, they had the elegance to send a stunning flower bouquet to welcome us in our new home.
Our experience with Greystone was nothing short of amazing. We have moved a lot over the course of our careers, but this move was far superior to anything else we have experienced. From the initial planning phase through completion the team was responsive, flexible, professional, and frankly calming. Moving can be hectic and the team at Greystone allowed us to operate personally and professionally as though we weren’t in the process of relocating.
Greystone was the best. This is our sixth move and by far the least worry free. Very high end service, excellent moving team and fantastic back office support. It was really worry free. Very impressed with the moving team who packed, moved, unpacked and placed our items in our new home. They had an uncanny ability to know intuitively where things should go. They were very polite and respectful.
