Our driver was good to work with, but the owner of the company (Tyler) is a remarkably unpleasant guy, if you have the misfortune of needing to communicate with him directly. The good: Our stuff arrived on time, and *most* of it was still in one piece. The bad: We were quoted for one truck, but after they'd driven 3 hours away, they finally got on a truck scale and informed us that it was overweight, requiring two trucks (doubling the cost).
We have hired professional movers for 3 other moves and Dan the Moving man was by far the worst. A few things to note: -Final bill was double what was quoted. “Movers on site noted the estimator did a terrible job.” -Was told movers would arrive between 8am and 11am. 2 guys showed up at 11:30am to move our entire house. (Over 2k sq ft) -When we did call to question what was going on they were incredibly rude to my wife.
Gave this company a chance to give us a quote with 2 different moves about 6 months apart. They are 3 times higher than any other company out there including major moving companys. When you tell them this the staff gets an attitude. Very unpleasant to deal with. Check other movers!!!! These people really over charge!!!!!
The movers are great! Very friendly and efficient crews willing to do things however you’d like them to! 5 Stars for the movers! The owner is a CHALLENGE to work with. Throughout the entire process he had a very hard time carrying a professional conversation over the phone. He would share details on how much he made off of each move and was very adamant/forceful in certain areas of the process. One star for the owner.

I personally didn’t use them to move, while moving someone into my apartment building! They parked in front of our garage, to where we couldn’t leave. After coming out of the building they had no urgency to move and even sat in the truck not moving it for 2 minutes!

Hi Vicki, I am sorry the bill is hiring than you thought it would be. We tell everyone what the hourly rates and fees are before moving. You do have to remember our guys wrap furniture before moving to prevent damage.

Hokay, Evan and Shade! My new best boys, came over an hour before the quoted time, handled everything with great care, and took less time then was quoted. These boys are so fabulous, they made this move so much easier. All I can say is if you have a short budget and can't do everything your self, these two boys are at the top of my list. Thanks for such a great experience. High fives all around.
