In their own words
Next Step Moving made our move from our old house to our new one incredibly smooth and stress-free. The crew was professional, efficient, and took great care with all of our belongings. Everything arrived safely, and they made what could’ve been a hectic day feel easy. They communicated well throughout the entire process, showed up on time, and worked hard from start to finish. We’d absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing reliable, top-notch movers in the Eau Claire area.
Brad, thank you for the review! Glad we could be in assistance for you and your family!! - Thomas & The Next Step Moving Team
My move date from my apartment into my house happened to fall on the coldest day of the year. They never complained and were very courteous despite it being -20f with a wind chill of -40f. They were very careful with my things and took special care to help me with an antique heirloom. They got it done quickly and made it way less of a headache for me. Thank you so much!
Thank you for the kind words. Glad we could help you out with your move and antique heirloom! - Janelle & The Next Step Moving Team
I recently used Next Step Moving for my move from Wisconsin to the Black Hills in South Dakota. Thomas was amazing to work with. He’s very professional. He responded almost immediately to any questions I had. The whole process was so organized, which I was grateful for, as moving is stressful enough itself! They are such hard workers and just got the job done! All of my items fit in their truck, but unfortunately it weighed too much. Thomas quickly had a reasonable and affordable solution, which was such a relief.
Thank you Diane for the kind words , glad we could help you out! 🙂 - Janelle & The Next Step Moving Team …
