In their own words
I am from out of state and hired Dan to do a notary in state because he had good reviews. After paying him the requested fees I gave him a phone number to contact the person in state to do the notary work. He said he called and left 2 messages but when I contacted the person, the person told me that Dan never left any messages. Then I call Dan multiple times, left multiple messages, emailed, and also texted him to check on the status of the work. He did not return any of the messages.
