Placed a order for bed for my grandson not on[y did Jeff ordered the wrong one it was missing screws he claimed he call back once his delivery man came back and never heard from him again. He leaves me no choice if I din't hear back by 10/15/22 I will go to small claims. Becarefull he sales you what he wants plus incomplete furniture.
Terrible customer service. Destroyed my mom’s brand new couch while they carried it in. She told them they ruined it, they took pictures. She called the manager and he said, “I need to see the pictures, and I’ll get back to you.” She hasn’t heard from them. It’s been a week.
As of right now the furniture that i put on layaway and paid in full is no longer in stock. I have not heard any new updates on my furniture nor have i been offered any other information other that “waiting on a restock date” They have no clue when my couch will be back in and they are not offering my money back to shop somewhere else. I would not recommend you putting anything on layaway from them. And i paid 30% of the total from the initial payment. Here is is a month later.
Do not buy feom this place if you want quality furniture. My mother got a power recliner quite expensive at that she got it home and immediately she complained that it wasn't the one she ordered but Jeff insisted it was had it one month and called Jeff still under warranty but would not do nothing for her bc he said she broke it bc she sits in it to long tvfinally he said he would give her 250 credit on another chair in his store but that's it so my mom now has no chair and no money to get another one but we will…
The building is very old, not a great area. The parking lot and entrance are not very good for those with mobility issues. When you walk in the bed displays are covered with dust. The display floor is dark and dingy. The pricing is that of retail, not a warehouse outlet.

Great outlet with a great many pieces of furniture to choose from. Nice family own place. Friendly.
Such a great experience! We bought a set of couches and they wouldn't fit through our front door. Not thier fault. We were able to reselect, no extra delivery fee and even a little discount.
We have purchased a few times and have always had a good experience. Nice people not pushy and very helpful. Great delivery too!
