ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE- NO HONESTY NO sense of RESPONSIBLITY- intentionally ripped a base off a TV NEVER SAID ANYTHING at arrival of move destination seen me the owner pick up the base that driver placed at the end of the truck and said NOTHING just turned around & loaded hand truck, (maybe-that is why they forgot to take the moving blanket and tape off) that WAS a 32 in tv- NEXT 42 in TV NOT secured in moving blanket and tape, that the movers are claiming that they did and charged us for., the screen to the 42 in tv…
Was scheduled for 9-10, morning of movers called to tell me they were running late and would be after 11. The day of, they insisted on CASH PAYMENT of our entire bill or payment via cashapp, including $33(!!!!!!) for a roll of tape. Also, $33 “deposit” to book was not credited to my bill. Not being comfortable with the idea of cashapp, my husband had to stop at multiple places to get cash because ATMs have a daily withdrawal limit.
Show up 2.5 hours late with a truck full of trash. The owner hung up on me and now refuses to answer me. While in the phone he had no time to listen to what I was saying and constantly tried talking over me. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!
If you use these guys as a moving company you will be disappointed when some of your furniture, silverware, and money comes up missing. Then when you reach out to MARIO he does nothing but give you the run around. Nobody wants to hire …
Very disappointed in my recent move booked with this company. I booked the movers for 11am, as it was the earliest I would be able to access my new apartment. I confirmed the day before, and was told everything was on schedule. The morning of my move I received a phone call at 9:30 that the movers were running behind and it would be to me between 12-1. I wasn’t too upset as I could could work on cleaning and take a small load of clothes to my new apartment while waiting on them.
Nice guys, but poor service... Igor is efficient, Sergei is slow and likes to talk to much... they spent 12 hours on a job that should have taken no more then 8 at the most... they broke two chairs... Igor took pictures of one we have not heard from them yet... I would never use then nor recommend them ever.
For my girlfriend and I this was a terrible experience. These guys were very careless with our things, We just purchased a new folding bed they dropped it bringing it in and now it does not fold up like it should just an all around bad …
Team was punctual, but $300 to move one bedroom worth of furniture to a house literally 5 miles away is very overpriced.

I cannot say enough great things about Deltona Movers. They came to our rescue when Jay's moving did not show up! Don't call any other movers. Call Deltona Movers! They got everything on the truck and we had alot and after call them last minute they were there in an hour! Thank you Sergio and your team!!
